Based on previous posts, I would guess GIB thought you might only have 1 keycard.

You responded showing 1 or 4 KC with 3 keycards. I'm gonna be blaming you for this one. GIB knows you can't have 4 keycards (it has 2) and so relaxes in the perfect contract - 5!D.
It is in fact quite clear what suit 4NT is keycard for. It's your last naturally bid suit. Of course, it's also given in the description that GIB provides for 4NT. If you have difficulty viewing that (for example on some mobile devices), then you can try mousing over 5!S as a response - it'll tell you what queen you promise when you bid it, and thus what suit you're answering keycard for.
